Our features of our property offers an interesting selection of recreation activities.

For the water oriented visitors there is an in ground swimming pool at the house or a short walk away the property has river frontage to tranquil sections of the Hunter River suitable for swimming or fishing.

The the 30 acres of Flooded Gums provide a great opportunity for bush walking, picnicking or bird watching.

The property is well set up for horse riding activities.  It has 4 day paddocks suitable for horses, a tack room including 4 saddle stands, 4 wall mounted bridle holders and 4 feed / water buckets. It also has a 60 x 20m arena and 200 acres of undulating farmland and bush to explore. It has 2 dog beds along the verandah with food and water bowls. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted inside the house.
